The unique location of The Sandpiper makes it a popular destination throughout the year. The property is available to rent either weekly or monthly from May through mid-October; shorter stays are possible during the off-peak season only (mid-October through April). Discounts for stays of one month or longer may be available depending upon the number of guests and your cleaning/laundry requirements. Please call or email to discuss. Booking Terms and Availability

A signed lease agreement and a 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the residence. Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis determined by from whom we first receive cleared funds. Electronic funds transfers are preferred; Visa and Mastercard accepted subject to a 2.5% processing surcharge. The full rental amount and $1000 security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds (less a 10% administrative charge and any difference in rental achieved) will be made if the property is re-rented for the period booked.

The Sandpiper welcomes well-behaved, house-trained dogs as well as people. Guests are expected to thoroughly clean up after their dogs including the removal of all traces of dog hair.
